Day 13 - UX Research

UX research is done to understand the users and their needs.

The ux research process includes four steps:

1. Plan is to outline the background for the project. There are seven elements of a UX research plan. They are:
   • Project background
   • Research goals
   • Research questions
   • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
   • Methodology
   • Participants
   • Script
2. Research
3. Synthesize and analyze the research findings
4. Share the findings with the stakeholders
